Balance of mind is called Yoga தொழிலுக்குத் தன்னைத் தகுதியுடையவனாகச் செய்து கொள்வதே யோகம் எனப்படும். சேராத இடம் தனிலே சேர வேண்டாம் செய்த நன்றி ஒருநாளும் மறக்க வேண்டாம் ஊரோடும் குண்டுணியாய்த் திரிய வேண்டாம் உற்றாரை உதாசினங்கள் சொல்ல வேண்டாம் பேரான காரியத்தைத் தவிர்க்க வேண்டாம் பிணைபட்டுத் துணை போகித் திரிய வேண்டாம் வாராரும் குறவருடை வள்ளி பங்கன் மயிலேறும் பெருமாளை வாழ்த்தாய் நெஞ்சே.!!! உள்ளுவ தெல்லாம் உயர்வுள்ளல் மற்றது தள்ளினுந் தள்ளாமை நீர்த்து.

Never Give Up

A fishing boat overturned and a very fit 22 year old football player died. BUT, his 68 year old grandmother survived.

Afterwards they interviewed the grandmother and asked "how was it that your grandson who was so much fitter died?"

And she goes " I wasn't going to give up".

"I was NOT going to die".You got to have a fierce will to live.You just got to never give up.The WILL to survive is the most critical thing.For us to make it through we must never give up.
