Know Your Priorities

It’s essential to keep in mind what matters most to you. People often take too many tasks and end up doing slipshod work or not finishing the job. 

One way to keep everything in line is to make lists.

Before going to sleep, make a list of things you know are absolutely essential. This summarizes the next day’s important activities.

Simplicity is the best policy, so try and keep things as simple as possible. Make the list on paper. You can put it on your computer or PDA in the morning, which will refresh your memory and give you direction. Keep it short. Too many goals will drain your energy.
